We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to join our team at Places Leisure. As a Swimming Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver swimming lessons to groups and individuals, promoting water safety and confidence in the water.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
- Provide feedback and guidance to customers to help them improve their swimming skills.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum of UKCC Level 2 qualification in Swimming Teaching.
- Experience in teaching swimming to customers of all ages and abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
