Job Title: Night Porter

As a Night Porter at Greene King, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our hotel guests, staff, and premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins, providing a seamless and efficient service.
  • Ensure guest and business safety and security is top priority at all times, taking proactive measures to prevent any incidents.
  • In the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team from the premises safely and quickly.
  • Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
