Deputy Director of Service Development Job Description

Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust is seeking an exceptional Deputy Director of Service Development to join our Clinical Transformation Directorate.

The successful candidate will provide expert input and facilitation in service development, redesign, transformation, and programme delivery for prioritised initiatives.

">

About the Role

">

This is a senior leadership position that requires significant experience of delivering measurable transformation, continuous improvement, and change management at a senior level.

">

You will work in partnership with clinical, operational, and corporate teams to achieve positive project and programme outcomes, and raise the profile of the Transformation Team within the Trust.

">

Main Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Lead the transformation agenda to generate improvements and ensure resilience and coherence across our services.">
  3. Develop a programme approach to implementation of improvement and transformation.">
  4. Ensure effective working and delivery of those direct reports managed.">

Requirements

">

To be considered for this role, you must have experience of managing complex service improvement and business change programmes/projects, as well as sponsoring or directing programmes or projects.

">

You should also have significant leadership/management experience and expertise in portfolio management.

">

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a contributory pension scheme and generous annual leave allowance.
