About the Role:

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Trainee Estimator to join their commercial team in Tamworth. The company is a leading faade construction business with a strong reputation and turnover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the estimating team and business development team to develop tender submissions.
  • Master project details and client requirements to deliver accurate estimates.
  • Input measurements, specifications, and generate comprehensive quotes.
  • Analyse crucial variables to determine costs and estimates.
  • Prepare scope documentation, including visual information in 2D and 3D format.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to secure competitive pricing and favourable terms.
  • Collect data on diverse costs to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate in Construction-related degree or Estimator with 1+ years' experience.
  • Outstanding numerical skills to ensure precise estimations.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Good people skills to engage with a wide variety of people.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, showcasing expertise in estimating.

Benefits:

  • Salary £25,000 to £35,000 DOE.
