As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be working 30 hours per week and your mission is clear: to provide customers with an unparalleled service experience. You will be a trusted expert in our store, guiding golfers toward the right products and helping them achieve their golfing goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Executing our GAMES sales process to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring every customer receives personalized attention through expert guidance and product knowledge
  • Achieving and surpassing sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a welcoming and engaging in-store environment

To excel in this role, you should embody a passion for golf and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Your enthusiasm for the sport, coupled with your sales and retail experience, will set you up for success.
