We are seeking an experienced Event Project Manager to join our team and work on the delivery of large-scale and complex pharmaceutical events. As a key member of our event operation team, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to on-site event delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage event projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality events
  • Develop and implement event strategies, including logistics, marketing, and communications
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Utilize event technology platforms, such as Cvent, to streamline event planning and execution

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong understanding of event logistics, marketing, and communications
  • Excellent project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
