Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy General Manager of Clinical Operations to join our leadership team at Loveday & Co (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our care services.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care services and has a proven track record of leadership and management experience. You should have a strong understanding of clinical governance and quality assurance, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies and policies, ensuring that they are aligned with our overall business objectives.
  • Lead and manage our care teams, ensuring that all aspects of care are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Work closely with our General Manager to ensure that our care services meet the needs of our members.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and develop our nursing and care staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Active NMC registration as a nurse.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in clinical governance and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
Salary:

£70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
