We are a leading company in the environmental and water treatment sector, providing top-notch services to ensure the safety and compliance of our clients. Our Maintenance Division is experiencing ongoing growth, and we are seeking a skilled and experienced engineer to take on a key role.
The Role
As Maintenance Supervisor/Account Manager, you will bring your extensive knowledge of water treatment and water hygiene disciplines to effectively manage both on-site works and office responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone with a flexible, hands-on approach who thrives in both a team setting and independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform water treatment and water hygiene tasks, including maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Support the development of project proposals, including feasibility, cost estimation, and timelines.
- Mentor, train, and support team members in their professional growth and development.
- Conduct site surveys and create quotations when necessary.
- Develop and implement Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
About You
- Extensive knowledge and experience in multiple water treatment/water hygiene disciplines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
- Comfortable providing training and mentorship to team members.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Able to pass an enhanced DBS.
