Social Worker and Advanced Practitioner Vacancies in Oldham

We are seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join our Children's Social Care teams in Oldham. As a Social Worker or Advanced Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in securing good outcomes for children and families.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with families and other professional agencies to ensure the voice of the child is paramount.
- Develop and implement effective plans to achieve the best possible outcomes for children.
- Contribute to a highly skilled and effective workforce by mentoring and guiding less experienced social workers.
- Champion practice development and contribute to the quality of practice utilising the latest research, theories, and tools.
