About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Mental Health Service Director to lead our team at Active Care Group Recruitment. As a highly respected professional in the field of child and adolescent care, you will be responsible for ensuring our services operate to the highest standards of care, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain registration and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CQC) while upholding a culture of continuous improvement, making sure the service and all colleagues are always inspection ready.
- Lead your team with a focus on professional development, engagement, and well-being, drawing on the ACG Leadership principles, and creating an environment where feedback is welcomed and acted upon.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, staffing, and resource management.
- Serve as an ambassador for Holybourne Hospital, raising its profile in the community.
- Proven management experience in health and social care, preferably in a CQC-regulated service.
- Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding frameworks.
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
- A competitive salary range of £85,000 - £110,000 per annum.
