Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing patient flow, and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care, responding to patient inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage patient flow, ensuring that patients are seen in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring that all necessary information is recorded and easily accessible.
- Process patient payments, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
- Collaborate with our dental team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
