Building Services Manager

A leading main contractor, Advance TRS, is seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to join their team, working on construction projects across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Delivery: Manage the design, delivery, and commissioning of building services within construction projects.
  2. Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate with pre-construction teams to ensure client requirements are met and project proposals align with these needs. Oversee the integration of building services into construction plans and ensure timely delivery of relevant information.
  3. Project Support: Support planning teams to ensure that building services are fully integrated into project schedules. Monitor progress and coordinate with project management to ensure specialist contractors meet resource and project needs.
  4. Commissioning and Training: Manage the commissioning process and ensure all systems function as designed, with proper training provided to building users.

Requirements:

  1. Qualifications: A Mechanical or Electrical Technical qualification, BTEC in Building Services Engineering, or related fields, HNC/HND in Electrical or Mechanical Building Services, or a Degree in Building Services Engineering.
