About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Administrator to join our team in Farnham. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will ensure a warm and welcoming experience for our clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to various teams, including tasks such as monthly billing, filing, and generating paperwork for new customers.
  • Manage meeting rooms, provide holiday cover for other administrators, and handle client and supplier communications.
  • Assist with events both internally and externally, demonstrating a positive and proactive attitude.
Requirements
  • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong IT skills, specifically MS Suite, with the ability to quickly learn new IT packages.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a self-motivated approach.
  • A positive and confident attitude, with a willingness to work as part of a team.
