Job Summary

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our office, you will provide administrative support to our regional office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our regional office, including tasks such as monthly billing, filing, and generating paperwork for new customers.
  • Be the first point of contact for all visitors to the office, ensuring they have an excellent experience with the business.
  • Deal with clients and suppliers over the phone, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Support the team with events both internally and externally, including planning and coordination.
  • Assist with tasks such as booking meeting rooms, providing holiday cover for other administrators, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

  • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong IT skills, specifically MS Suite and able to pick up new IT packages very quickly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A positive, confident, and proactive attitude.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and self-motivated.
