Freelance Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Operations Manager to join our team at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient planning and execution of projects across the agency.

The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of technical expertise and creative insight, enabling them to unite our creative teams and produce fantastic projects. Your enthusiasm for problem-solving will shine through as you engage with every aspect of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, prioritize, and schedule incoming projects to the creative team while maintaining a clear understanding of client needs.
  • Collaborate with account management and creative teams to establish timelines and ensure smooth workflow between departments.
  • Monitor project progression, address any roadblocks, and facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Oversee resource allocation and ensure that the right talent is assigned to each project based on skillset and availability.
  • Maintain project documentation and follow up on deadlines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure they are met.
Requirements:
  • An ability to think critically and strategically to address project challenges proactively.
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
  • An excellent capacity for communication, ensuring all team members are aligned and informed.
  • A collaborative spirit that fosters teamwork and positive relationships across departments.
  • Proven experience in project management or traffic management within an agency or creative environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • A keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on results.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Project Management) is preferred but not mandatory.
