About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Rights Advocate to join our team based in London. As a Senior Employment Lawyer, you will play a key role in managing a full caseload of employment advice and/or representation matters, as well as supervising junior members of the team.

Responsibilities will include assisting in communication with local/regional union officials on behalf of the firm, undertaking advocacy in the Employment Tribunal (ET), including preliminary hearings and full hearings up to 2 days when necessary.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A sound theoretical knowledge of employment law and an ability to conduct cases from beginning to end.
  • A good knowledge of Employment Tribunal (ET) and Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) rules on evidence, litigation process, and funding.
  • Strong supervisory skills and the ability to thrive in a supportive team environment.
