We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Humanities to lead our collaborative department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching Humanities subjects and will be able to develop and implement effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote learning
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these


Requirements:
  • Minimum of a 2:1 undergraduate degree in a Humanities subject from a Top UK University
  • QTS gained through PGCE/Teach First/SCITT
  • Proven background of teaching at least 2 Humanities subjects up to KS5, delivering teaching at a good or outstanding level
