About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Card Factory. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth, developing a team culture, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the store team in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless operations and high standards of service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive commercial growth, increase sales, and improve profitability.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and inclusive team culture, fostering a customer-centric approach.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
About You
- You will have a passion for customer experience, commercial growth, and team development.
- Previous supervisory experience is essential, with a proven track record of delivering results in a retail environment.
- You will be a strong communicator, able to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- A commercially-minded individual with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- A positive forward-thinking approach, with a growth mindset and a desire to learn and develop.
