About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to join our team at Landpower and the CLAAS Harvest Centre network. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for optimising the financial operations of our Wholesale business, delivering on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Timely and accurate completion of consolidated month end reporting and annual accounts
  • Leading the annual audit process
  • Monitoring group working capital metrics and implementing strategies to optimise working capital
  • Closely monitoring of WIP balances and ensuring jobs are promptly closed and invoiced
  • Providing financial business partnering to Senior Management
  • Consolidation of the annual budgets and quarterly forecast for the Group
  • Assist with optimising and streamlining financial processes within the Group
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a committed team of finance professionals
  • Coordinating the Group insurance renewal
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial management accounting or a similar role
  • BA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Professional accounting qualification (CA or CPA preferred)
  • Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, auditing, working capital, and financial analysis
  • Experience in managing month-end and year-end close processes including consolidation
  • Advanced knowledge of financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Pronto, SAP, Oracle) and reporting tools (Tableau & Adaptive)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, leadership and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial analysis and reporting
