Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business plans aligned with the organization's goals and community needs.
  • Manage the production of quality and compliance data, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Oversee staff training and succession planning, fostering a culture that aligns with the organization's values.
  • Engage in effective communication and staff management, ensuring a supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Master's Degree from an accredited institution approved by the Bermuda Nursing Council.
  • 7-10 years of progressive management experience in a Maternal Child Services setting.
  • A proven track record in clinical management with senior leadership potential.
  • Strong experience in financial and risk management, quality improvement, and patient satisfaction.
