About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Project Analyst to lead project work for occupational pension schemes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring service delivery to a high standard and within agreed deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of a portfolio of projects, including project tasks, review and check non-standard correspondence and reports, and analyse and interpret scheme rules and actuarial instructions.
  • Supervise, train, coach, and mentor staff, and provide support to team members and assist the Portfolio Team Leader.
  • Attend trustee and client meetings as required, and assist client account managers with vital documentation.
  • Prioritise workloads to ensure Service Level Agreements are maintained, and manage non-standard client and member queries.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support senior staff with their implementation.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in occupational pension scheme administration, including team management and mentoring.
  • At least 3 years' experience as a Senior Project Analyst.
  • Experience in pensions project work or bulk exercises is desirable but not crucial.
  • CPC or PMI qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not crucial.
