Business Development Manager

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our all-flash enterprise storage technology and building relationships with customers to establish Pure's value proposition.
About the Role:- Promote Pure's data solutions to ensure customers understand our total value proposition.
- Develop and invest in customer relationships to drive high satisfaction ratings.
- Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to execute and win new customers.
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Demonstrate authenticity and a desire to engage customers and understand their challenges.
- Exhibit thought leadership and creativity in applying customer insights and expertise.
- Prove prospecting skills, consistently opening doors to new customers.
- Excel in interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.
- Able to assess and manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
- Expertise in leading complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
- A consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business.
- 5+ years of outside sales experience in new logo acquisition or business development in the Public Sector Enterprise/Central Government.
