About the Role

As a Care Assistant at City & County Healthcare Group, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients in their own homes. You will be responsible for supporting clients with their daily living needs, including personal care, medication management, and household tasks. Our care assistants are the backbone of our organization, and we are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
* Assist clients with medication management and administration
* Support clients with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
* Maintain accurate records of client care and progress
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

What We Offer

* Competitive hourly rate of £11.44 per hour, with a premium of £0.46 per hour for weekend work

Requirements

* No prior social care experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and develop your skills is essential
