We are seeking skilled and dedicated Phlebotomists to support our team in delivering high-quality patient care. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services by collecting blood samples, handling specimens, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Main Responsibilities:- Collect blood samples from patients using venipunctures and skin punctures.
- Ensure proper identification and labeling of specimens to maintain accurate patient records.
- Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Provide excellent patient care, addressing concerns and ensuring comfort during procedures.
- Certification in Phlebotomy with proven experience in a clinical setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This role is for 25-30 hours per week and may involve working across our 4 sites. We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
