Job Title: Occupational Health Technician

OH Talent Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Occupational Health Technician to join their forward-thinking and innovative Occupational Health and Wellbeing team. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of Occupational Health services to clients and play a key role in the ongoing development of the company and service provision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a range of services including health surveillance, pre-employment medicals, assessments, and questionnaires.
  • Conduct basic health checks, including blood, glucose, and urinalysis tests.
  • Administer drug and alcohol testing, as well as phlebotomy services.
  • Offer health promotion and wellbeing advice to clients.
Requirements:
  • Current or previous experience working in the health, wellbeing, or fitness sectors.
  • Able to work independently and autonomously as an Occupational Health Technician.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive and motivated individual who is willing to take on new challenges.
  • A valid full UK driving licence.
Package Details:
  • Salary: £27,800 - £30,600 per annum.
