We are looking for an experienced Mental Health Nurse with natural leadership skills to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the care needs of patients are met, and for developing the skills of your team members. You will also be involved in the development of strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
As a Deputy Hospital Director, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing clinical leadership and guidance to staff
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
- Managing budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources
- Developing the skills and knowledge of staff to improve patient care
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care
