We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Deputy Hospital Director to join our esteemed hospital in Hull. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating a caring, supportive, and safe environment for patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership across the hospital, ensuring compliance with regulations and legislation.
- Deliver against quality key performance indicators.
- Manage and develop a team of Mental Health Nurses, ensuring each patient's complex care needs are met.
- Balance budgets and develop strategies to drive business growth.
We are looking for a candidate with management and Mental Health Nursing experience, natural leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of our patients and staff, while also driving business growth and development.
