Job Description:

In this role at Plasmor Ltd, you will be working as a key member of a small team on our plant making concrete blocks. Based at our Newton Aycliffe site, you will oversee the smooth operation of a section of the production plant.

Main responsibilities include set up and maintenance of plant equipment, quality control checks, and documentation of production records. You will also be required to work with minimal supervision and contribute to ensuring health and safety compliance within the workplace.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a good understanding of machinery and tools. A current FLT license would be advantageous.

This is a 40 hour per week role, with occasional requirement to work up to 48 hours. Working hours will rotate between two shifts, covering holidays and sickness as needed.

A competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, reflects the importance of this role in contributing to the company's success.
