Job Title: Field Service Engineer, Medical X-Ray & CT Systems
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team and provide expert maintenance and repair services for medical imaging equipment, including X-ray and CT systems. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our equipment, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with our team to resolve complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on X-ray and CT systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Technical Support: Collaborate with our team to resolve complex technical issues, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure the optimal performance of our equipment.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in medical imaging equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
- Experience: In maintaining, installing, and repairing X-ray equipment from various sectors, including medical, industrial, and military backgrounds.
- Qualification: In electronics or another relevant technical discipline.
- Previous Field Service Experience: Proven experience in field service, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and technical troubleshooting.
- Impeccable Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Flexible Approach: A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Full UK Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence, with a clean driving record.
