Halcyon Health & Social Care is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our specialist support packages in Worcestershire. Our organisation has over 25 years of experience in the care sector and has established a reputation for delivering high-quality care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and dedicated Registered Manager to oversee our specialist support packages, providing care to vulnerable adults across the Worcestershire area. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing a fully trained team, ensuring the delivery of expert care and promoting the well-being of our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies
- Collaborate with other teams to promote the well-being of service users and their families
We offer a competitive salary of £36,000 to £45,000, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including on-site parking and a bonus scheme. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and career with our organisation, with a focus on growth and progression.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
