Job Summary

As a Room Service Server at Marriott International, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests. You will be the face of our hotel, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on menu items.
  • Ensure that all guests have a positive experience, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service.
