Job Title: Assistant Facilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team at Carrington West. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Facilities Manager in the day-to-day operations of our corporate offices.

About the Role:
  • Support the Facilities Manager in the management of facilities functions, including health and safety, production, and management.
  • Lead on health and safety initiatives, including updating first aid team information and completing regular compliance checks.
  • Work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our corporate offices.
About You:
  • Proven experience working in corporate environments or public sector settings.
  • Understanding of the HS2 project and its implications for facilities management.
  • Desirable: relevant qualifications such as IOSH, experience working in rail environments.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive rate of £215-£235 per day.
  • A 3-month contract with the possibility of extension or permanent position.
