Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Structural Repair Engineer - Stress Specialist to join our team at LanceSoft, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct stress analysis of aircraft structural components
* Develop and implement repair solutions for aircraft structural damage
* Collaborate with design and other departments to ensure optimal design solutions
* Ensure all tasks and activities required for repair engineering are correctly planned, monitored, and executed
* Provide responses for routine queries and give advice and guidance as required

Requirements:

* 6-12 years of experience in stress analysis and repair engineering
* Strong technical concepts and knowledge of structural design and stress analysis
* Ability to communicate and understand key design engineering considerations
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Good communication skills and ability to liaise with design and other departments

Preferred Skills:

* Experience of performing stress justification of aircraft repair solutions
* Knowledge of aircraft static stress and fatigue stress manuals and tools
