We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at an SEN school in Middlesbrough. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs and helping them achieve their full potential.

About the Job

The job involves working with children or young adults with special needs, supporting their learning and development, and helping them to overcome challenges. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop individualised plans that meet the needs of each student.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the needs of students with special needs, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must be able to work effectively as part of a team, using their initiative and creativity to develop innovative strategies to meet the needs of our students.

This role offers a competitive salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
