Spa Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver facials, body treatments, and body massages to the highest standard
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a professional and welcoming environment
  • Manage requests promptly, helpfully, and with a caring attitude
  • Possess a good command of English and excellent communication skills
Requirements:
  • NVQ level 3 and above in Beauty/Spa Therapy
  • Previous experience as a Spa Therapist
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with others
