About the Role

We are seeking a talented Designer to join our Creative team at Ashfield MedComms, a leading medical communications company. As a Designer, you will play a key role in developing creative deliverables across various channels, working closely with colleagues and senior designers to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop graphic design concepts and translate them into modern graphic design solutions that align with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review design concepts and ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver creative projects, taking ownership of smaller-scale projects and contributing to larger-scale initiatives.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, to create visually appealing designs.
Requirements
  • Previous graphic design experience, with a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to review design concepts and translate them into modern graphic design solutions.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work within a team and under your own initiative.
  • A strong eye for detail and consistency.
