About the Role

We are seeking a talented Designer to join our Creative team at Ashfield MedComms. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing creative deliverables across various channels, including digital and print.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and develop creative concepts and materials.
  • Work closely with Senior Designers and Associate Creative Directors on large client projects.
  • Take ownership of smaller-scale creative projects, including elements of creative conceptualization.
  • Review design concepts and translate them into modern graphic design solutions that align with target audiences.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and work effectively with them.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain a strong eye for detail and consistency in design work.
Requirements
  • Previous graphic design experience and a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with an understanding of design communications and creative development across all channels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
