We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to a multi-disciplinary team, including a Staff Grade Psychiatrist, Clinical Team Lead, Social Worker, Mental Health Nurse, Peer Support Worker, and administrative support.
Main Responsibilities:- Contribute to the training opportunities available for members of the MDT staff to support their development
- Provide supervision of Honorary Assistant Psychologists and trainees to support the psychological workforce development
- Work flexibly to implement support or treatment plans for clients with complex mental health needs
- HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist
- Additional training in specialised psychological assessment and interventions for psychosis
- Clinical supervision course
- Experience of working with rough sleepers or homelessness
- Knowledge of local mental health pathways and voluntary organisations
