Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Manager to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. As a Senior Legal Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of legal professionals to deliver high-quality legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of legal professionals to deliver high-quality legal services to our clients.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of our legal services.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor/Barrister or Fellow of CILEX with a practising certificate.
  • At least 3 years post-qualification experience of adult social care to cover areas such as Adult safeguarding, Judicial Review, Mental Capacity, Court of Protection, Community Care, DOLs, Education, and Advocacy.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and comprehension skills, including the capacity to negotiate, draft complex legal documentation and advice, and demonstrate an innovative problem-solving approach to legal problems.
  • Demonstrable experience of collaborative working with a range of stakeholders.
  • An awareness of the laws, practices, and procedures of administration and local government.
