**Job Title:** Residential Support Worker

**Company Overview:**

**Salary & Benefits:

**Job Description:

This role requires providing high-quality care to vulnerable young people, supporting service users with early trauma and emotional behavioral difficulties. You will be responsible for maintaining professional boundaries, taking service users out into the community, and ensuring adherence to National Care Standards.

You will work in a two-on-two-off rota, requiring full-time flexible availability. A minimum of 12 months' experience in UK-based Residential Childcare is essential, along with flexibility in roles undertaken, strong communication skills, and registration under the PVG scheme.
