Island Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing tailored care packages to meet the unique needs of individuals in care-at-home or residential settings across the offshore islands of Scotland.
About the RoleThis is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Support Worker with at least 12 months of UK-based care experience. As a contract worker, you will have the flexibility to choose your own hours and work patterns, earning up to £21 per hour. The role involves supporting adults with complex care requirements, challenging behaviour, and autism.
Responsibilities- Provide individualised care packages to meet the diverse needs of service users.
- Offer support for individuals with autism, challenging behaviour, and complex care needs.
- Minimum 2 years of UK care experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Desirable: Qualified to SVQ Level 2 in Care or HNC in Social Care.
