About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Manager to join our team at Mobile Data Collection. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through existing accounts and new markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage new and existing client relationships
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through cold/warm calls
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs
  • Database management and project oversight
  • Conduct face-to-face sales across the UK
  • Attend industry events to generate leads
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development and sales strategy execution
  • Resilient, driven, with strong objection-handling skills
  • Expertise in CRM management and data analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Native English or bilingual in French, Italian, or Dutch is advantageous
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
