Children's Residential Support Worker

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children and young people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily living needs of children and young people, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our service users.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical team and local authorities to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and best practices.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people, preferably in a care or education setting.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
- Full UK driving license (desirable).
- Enhanced DBS clearance (paid for by The Cambian Group).
