Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, order processing, and customer assistance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions.
  • Explore new business opportunities, including product demonstrations and open day preparation.
  • Supervise and train store staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products.
  • Monitor and report on store performance, including sales, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience in a trade store or DIY environment, preferably in the construction, tools, or automotive industries.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
