Trade Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Store Manager to join our team at Wurth UK in Cardiff. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing daily store operations, building customer relationships, and exploring new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management and customer assistance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying and addressing their needs and preferences.
- Explore new business opportunities, including product demonstrations and open day preparation.
- Process orders and manage inventory levels to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or security issues to store management.
- Experience in a D.I.Y. store or trade store, preferably in the construction, tools, or automotive industries.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to build relationships.
- Practical and self-sufficient, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- PC literate and committed to delivering high-quality results.
