Care and Support Specialist in Aberdeenshire

We are currently looking for experienced Support Workers to join our team in Aberdeenshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting independence and encouraging service users to achieve their personal outcomes.
With 6 months' UK care experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will be able to participate in meaningful activities with service users, such as community involvement and relationship building exercises. You will also help service users access leisure and social opportunities, updating our care plans accordingly.
We offer a quick recruitment process, flexibility with your schedule, and competitive rates of pay, including enhanced rates on weekends. We also provide free PVG and SSSC registration. The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum.
