As a Support Worker in Aberdeenshire, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults. With our agency, you can enjoy flexibility while providing physical and emotional support to those in need.

We are seeking enthusiastic Support Workers who want to promote independence and encourage service users to achieve their personal outcomes. If you have 6 months' UK care experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Our ideal candidate will be able to participate in meaningful activities with service users, such as community involvement and relationship building exercises. You will also help service users access leisure and social opportunities, updating our care plans accordingly.

We offer competitive rates of pay, including enhanced rates on weekends, and provide free PVG and SSSC registration. The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
