Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Nurse Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional complex care services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of service users and supporting the business with growth plans by mentoring Adult Nurse Case Managers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RGN to join a stable and market-established provider. You will work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care. Your expertise in managing medicine delivery and providing ongoing monitoring and support will be invaluable in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities

* Manage a reduced caseload of service users, prioritizing their needs and developing personalized care plans
* Support the business with growth plans by mentoring Adult Nurse Case Managers and sharing best practices
* Collaborate with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to develop and deliver tailored care packages
* Provide expert nursing interventions, including management of medicine delivery and ongoing monitoring and support

Requirements

* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC PIN
* Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in mentoring and training HCAs
* Advanced communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to effectively liaise with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
* Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
