About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to join our team in Plymouth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects within the property and building sector, with a focus on delivering high-profile developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development and client acquisition.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
Requirements
  1. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with a strong background in property development.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
  3. Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is essential.
  4. Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools, including MS Office and AutoCAD.
