Be the Hero on the Roadside

As a Roadside Recovery Driver with The AA, you'll be the first point of contact for our members in need of assistance. You'll be responsible for recovering vehicles from the roadside, providing a safe and reassuring presence for our customers.

With a strong focus on customer service, you'll work independently to assess situations and provide solutions, often working in challenging weather conditions. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will be essential in resolving issues and getting our members back on the road.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, is able to adapt to new technology, and has a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. If you're a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Need
  • A full driving category C driving licence (HGV 2) and ideally you'll hold the CE (HGV 1) licence too
  • A Driver CPC (certificate of professional competence) qualification, and a digital drivers/tachograph card
  • Comfortable adapting to new technology
  • Happy working shifts, which could include evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays
